【食材】：百香果6个，白砂糖或冰糖60-100克，柠檬1个。
【步骤】：
1.百香果切开，取出果肉，倒入容器中。
2.把糖加入百香果肉中，搅拌一下（如果时间充分，可以再静置半小时左右，促进果胶析出）。
3.柠檬切开，取柠檬汁，加入百香果肉中（这个步骤也可以在果酱快熬好时加入）。
4.所有食材倒入锅中，小锅熬煮，边煮边搅拌，以免粘底。
5.煮至酱汁变得粘稠，明显有果胶析出后，关火。
6.趁热把果酱倒入事先准备好的赶紧的玻璃瓶中，封盖（也可以讲瓶子倒扣过来，更有利于达到真空的效果，使得果酱可以保存较长时间）。
【清柠百香果绿】
泡一杯绿茶，加入两勺百香果酱，搅拌一下即可饮用（夏日冰镇的口感更佳美味哦）。
